Having had a bad experience at my local Kawasaki dealership a friend recommended Rob Speed, Its a lot further to travel but I wont go elsewhere in future. I had a brake problem (on my 12 month old bike) which required special parts ordering and with a 4000 Km trip planned in Europe for the following week I was considering looking for a motorcycle hire company! Although the service team were fully booked for weeks, Rob fast tracked the parts through and rearranged his work to fit them for me in plenty of time for my trip! I really couldnt have asked for a better service, Extremely satisfied customer, Highly recomended company!

From my initial enquiry right through to completion of my motorbike purchase at Robspeed, I was impressed with their professionalism and response times to all types of queries & questions. They were honest to admit they would struggle selling my old bike in part-ex, and provided advice on selling my old bike via Ebay, of which I'm extremely grateful as it sold for much more than expected. The daunting part was trying to purchase my new bike when Robspeed were located approx 250 miles away from my home, but their customer service was excellent and they made the whole process, including nationwide bike delivery, a breeze. Rob Speed (Young Chris) was an absolute delight to deal with. From the very first meeting, to receiving my bike, was easy, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Well what can I say. It Was a agreed two week process for me to get my new zx12r and it was worth every minute. Couldn't be happier with the service provided great bunch chaps. Did everything for me just had to turn up sign some paperwork get a walk around an a good chat about the bike and away I went no problems even had half a tank of fuel.
